tired tired tired.

June 5, 2009

Geeze, I hate that I’m always tired. For me its a vicious cycle.  I wind up going to sleep way to late, then when i awake the next morning(actually a couple of hours later) I’m so tired but then I cant go to sleep. Too much to do. Which in turn makes me wayyy to tired when I’m working out. I guess I never noticed it until these last two weeks, because I’ve been doing more weight training too , but my workouts/runs/cardio are suffering because I barely have the energy to finish. I drank 1 cup of green tea today before my workout , but it didn’t help. I think my body was at the point of "go to bed! "  I refuse to take diet pills any more because they whacked me out when I took them. Anyone else experience the tiredness too? I already know what I need to do.. Take my a@# to bed! But if anyone wants to vent with me ur more than welcome to.. LOL

Fell off the wagon

March 30, 2008

Wow it has been a minute.. with working and taking Overload classes (5).  I have completely fallen off the wagon.  I just looked and saw that I was at 140 in November and now I’m at 156 and 33 inch waist. That means a lot to me.  I need to kick it back into gear.  I been going through a lot since January, and I need to really focus on my health and wellness.  I know what I need to do .. now I need to do it. Post pics soon.

Fitness test today

October 14, 2007

Well I had my fitness test today and I did good.  I could of done better but considering I have been runnin mostly on the treadmill and aerobics .. well I did good.. My waist measurement was off.  I think the lady measured me wrong because she measured me not at the crest of the iliac but I measured to be a 31? my weight was good 145.. Pushups 40 in 1 min, Crunches 50 in 1, 1.5 Mile and a half in 13:19.  (last years run was in 12 25) It was extremely windy today which caught me off guard since I run inside a lot, so its the "elements" as they say.  I did good scored an 89. For those of you who are af you know thats’ "good" but not excellent.  My goal for next year is to score in the excellent category!! Wish me luck!! for now I want to work on my waist and start toning up!!

what the??

October 5, 2007

So now I have actually gained weight and lost a half of an inch?? My body looks better (post pics soon) but No change in the other two or so frustrating. My activities include running and doing some light weight training/and aerobics and eating a balanced diet (fruits /veggies / grains/meats/dairy) and taking Lipo 6 which is really not doing much for me except the energy. What am I doing wrong?  Maybe I should decrease my calorie intake to 1200 instead of 1500.  But I feel so hungry on the 1200 calorie days..hopefully it will get better.

My first

September 21, 2007

well this is my first blog, so just writing what I feel so far.  I love my body and I just want to be healthy and look healthy as well. So my bodyspace says that I want to loose fat, well it’s more than that.  I’ve "lost fat" before and it is so discouraging now that I have gained all of it back.  I just want to maintain a healthy weight and look toned and feel good about myself but do it the healthy way.  We shall see as the next couple of months go on… Also, anyone know if you can still get the same results as lifting dumbells , but using resistance bands?
