holy crap i havent written about my first competition..crap still no time ,five days till next one,and what the hell am i doing up so late..i will write though yes i will…most of it was great….except for the nervous quiet time of woindering if you really are going to have a heart attack with nothing in your system..FUN TIMES!!!!LOL

k thats the last sexy picture before comp….i think lol..with this bulking deal going on im not happy to say least about the whole extra back pack im walking with…i am training my butt of as usual and hopefully when this whole diet deal kicks in i will be stacked.im still worried about losing muscle mass on legs and arms but with my diet king dan dufresene im sure he will take care of me[or his rumble tires get it:)]i do have a ,’i rather be sleeping’attitude right now,only because my day is very busy as mom and training.but as most women of ‘queendom’we can handle what ever you throw us.im pretty sure i will sneek in another picture once i get closer to losing 30ish pounds.i hope all of my friends are accomplishing their own goals and striving to be the best they can.

helloooo geez havent been on forever,and im sorry for it.see what happens when you have kids and xmas and training.im training hard as usual,just in a different way.before xmas i decided to compete this year.so.just wait yayy!,k ,so i have a trainer and diet master so hopefully they will make me champion or at least top three.i am used to lifting heavy so this whole rep thing and sets kind of sucks and im still not good with it.i find myself slipping back into stack mode once in awhile[shh]i know its all about what you see not what you do.i just have to get into the right mindset.i have been eating more,which of course i hate.the whole food deal sucks but if im going to diet soon i dont want to lose my muscle.my look is pretty much the same so no new pics are needed..but..come diet time i will throw up some and give tuna girl some competition lol..maybe[god shes ripped]i work at the gym part time so i definetly am in it now!

i am growing well ok not meee but the strength of my muscles,not all ,but they will.i unfortunetly havent gotten to the tred mill much which doesnt worry me as much.i can be super ripped all year round or i can just be the same with some to lose when i compete,if i compete.plus if im ever in a death camp then hey,im staying for a while..lol..i figure five years a rolly polly side then another ten from the legs and butt..ya im good for a while…up to 50s on incline press.i dont have much time to wait on spots so i just get as much out of it as i can then try and increase as i go..if you cant do the weight then find one you can,really..almost got down to stack on tri press.actually if were going by one rep then sure no problem.but im not really one for the one rep rule.but i did do a lot of it when i power lifted.if i cant do five then i go up.or do my heaviest for five then go up to the fourth plate and rep out till it burns for one arm tri…my training times have been all over the board but i always train.the children them children….a lot of midnights at gym which i like anyways…but now i need an exercise for the sleepy bags under my eyes..or a free plastic surgeon…good lifting!train hard!take no prisnors!dont wear black socks and shorts!only 250pd full muscle are allowed muscle shirts!stay positive!dont talk to ugly people!unless they have a hot friend!everyone needs one cheat day!the food,not her husband!

wow long time …now im tired,so it will be short.just learned how to dirt bike.first time on track today.it was nuts,fun as hell.thank god for strong back and hands thats all i gotta say…as far as my training goes its pretty good. was sick with a cold last weekend so i ripped up a little,which looked pretty cool actually.but i dont wan to get weak so its really a mind over matter deal.i have promised myself i will do cardio every workout no matter how long at least i get started on it.i do train almost every day so now im going to stop doubleing up things and not add heavys together.so it gives me cardio time.i also like to split my quads and ham days. im finding with heavy,five in a half plates a side,leg press.there is no way i can do ham curls after.my bi curl has gotten to 40-dbs which for me is great.once i get nice and high i go with a tri set down to 25 or 20s at least three times.my tri pushdown has gotten to 120pds which for me is great,i love tris…shoulders well,…i have my weeks sometimes i bang them out then some days i rather pump up the bis,i cant decide.. ilove weights so much i just want them all to grow .if i could do a four hour workout i would….thats when the advil comes in to play….i have started nights working at golds,just parttime but i can train at three in morning..i love it,must be a night person…i try and not compare myself with others but it is hard when you see wicked abs on some chick and know thats whats under your flesh .i know if i do to much cardio i will lose some strength and i cant do that.i am getting older and should start thinking about my back and the future of standing upright when im fifty.so i guess since i wont be no olympia maybe i should cut down a little on the press..just wait..did i tell you i did five in half plates a side!lol..yes nut job….im just happy after my motorcross day that i dont have back tomorrow,god thank goodness…mmm ronnie colemanmmm[oops did i say that out loud…lol]

well its been quite awhile.you would think i have tons of changes by now.but ,no…i still havent had the time to do the cardio i need and still am not happy with the mirror…i have however increased my leg press to five and quarter plates on each side,which is to my callculations around 545pds..BOOYA! lol but yes of course my hips kill every night and i am reminded daily how old i am by the energy it takes to slowley bring my legs to the side of the bed and hope that gravity does its job and lets the rest of my body fall with them…standing is almost as eventful as trying to get the kids fed in the morning..my squats have gone down by about thirty pounds because i am trying to concentrateon outter quads therefore doing close toes and lighter weight..i should back off the legs but you know how it is my incline has gotten up to 50pd dbs which im pretty proud of but i dont think i wil go much higher ,i dont think there is a need too really,i mean really,i got ta breasts already bouncin’i like the cut from cables though so i dont go to heavy i just concentrate and hold.i have started to do more side bends for my abs..not seeing to much due to six pack handles on either side and a short waist but i know their there and will come out when the cardio happens,no worries..no drama in gym lately just maybe some really suck butt music happening..you know i grew up always thinking golds was the hard core of all gyms and couldnt wait till i was worthy but now,geez i feel like gettin my leather skirt and heels on and tramping around the squat rack..what kind of hard core gym has dance music..really ..give me some rock and roll and noise,if older or snotty people dont like it then they can go back to the beginner gyms..my thoughts is all..sure you say bring your ipod but why should i ,what do i pay for anyways,you work for me,i dont have to listen to what you keep in your car,right?am i right?our gym our music…give me some hard core!maybe i need to move..hmm
