mmmmm mayo…

k,mcdonalds cant be all that bad…lol…no i didnt get a big mac or big extra[mmm big extra meal] i got a chicken grilled salad,and no i didnt nor never would,volunteer to go there.but it was family day and what kind of day is it not going to mcdonalds,sorry its a granma tradition.if she knew i never brought the kids she would jump outta her wheel chair,rip the oxygen from her nostrils[from smoking may i add] jump over the skinny ass scary looking creepy worker guy,break past the little itailian stud senior checking out the chickys rooms,do a front sumy over the caretaker holding the elevator,suck up to the corners of the walls,seeing her jamies are the same pattern anyway,and scurrie her way out the front door to freedom,well,city transit…then she would come kick my ass over the no fry zone..sooo thats why i brought them…the salad was pretty good,it was large to big for me but i made a good dent.now i dont really care what kind of greens ..or purples..there is as long as its crunchy and bright and the chicken is white not red..and i had a water,so im not that terribly a bad girl…but when i got home i felt guilty still so i had some wheat germ,ya dont know just did….workouts have been going great,strength is improving[probabaly due to eating more than once a day,ya think]doing legs today.last week i just did light because my ass,i mean my glute was killing me..but i think its healed so i will do mega squat today maybe super set it with some machine lunges[ya ,strain the other glute now..]…tuesday so the gym wont be to busy,which is great but no eye candy ,which sucks,so up with the tunes we go…might go to a specialty shop to get some real salads and maybe try some kale[blahhhhhhhhh]i m thinking of boosting my intake of greens and see where it gets me.maybe to total hugeness and i will rule all!or..maybe just more bathroom breaks….well hee we go again….drink your water,eat your chicken and give out free hugs to everyone….

just a little stiff…..well…

ha guess what im gong to write about…legs..but just quickly because i have to get to gym and do cardio,if i can move my freakn legs from under me..did some great heavy [for me][10 away from two plates][getting closer] squats on friday or sat.ah friday.felt great.would have done more but didnt have belt and i am not that stupid to try on my own.i like my back and i think i might need it for the rest of my life..sunday did some great back,130 pulldowns for 6,two plates side for sitted hammer rows…i even threw in some shoulders and a lilttle tri for ending..yes i know ,i over train…at least its not under train….the view is getting better lately,think there getting buff for vacations or something.which is fine for me…did some hams yesterday[yes more legs]i like to work them light but high reps for the little ones that hide inside.jplus for some reason you know you guys love to see a woman do a deep squat and squeeze it on way up…makes good for me,and you,why not lets have fun while were there…i know ,im working.did some heavy lying hams i know i was suppose to do light but it just happened.i have no control over these pegs…i have 50 left to get to stack,and i will..oneday..if i dont pop my ass cheeks out first…little sore this morning,ok,i cant barely walk…lol…but…cardio time,if i dont go now i will think of 100 reasons not to..oh and i should eat before i go..forgot to [yes forgot]yesterday,and i almost fainted on way home…so another lesson learned on a monday,not that it was the first time ive done that…time to plow over fields of snow and see how many curbs i can ram into…be good train hard,and get away from that bagel:)

thighs of hugeness proportions..

what’s strange is im about to write something but i looked back and found out the last thing i wrote about was legs too,hmm sttrange.never see me writing about shoulders do ya,lol…anyways i did legs on saturday at other gym[because really ,there are hotter men there]it was really good.usually i hate it there because it is very crampy and im a little crazy about people close to me.but with a lot of focus i got thru it easy.did some really good squats,heavy but not max so i did more reps with heavy weight.onto leg press for some nice tight butt butt.i like their press because of the tilt and the depth.im really flexible[dont even go there..tsk]so i like to go right down to butt.a little hard on knees but i support with my hands beside each knee as i press…a little standing leg curl,which really i dont need because i just exploded them on the last exercise,but what the hell..hes hot i might as well have something to look at for awhile…unto standing calves which i hate here,because of my short ,but mighty,size.up to around 270 or 280…slowing losing energy but i find if i keep standing and just go from side to side it gets me still in the mental program.i dont want to sit down or mama gonna to sleep…now for some cardio,have to do tred because all the twinkies are on my eliptical,like they need it…..ahh look at that,ahh and that…now all the hotties come..thats ok im better off,married yyou know,lol….some bis and tris today so really not interesting because there not growing and im still hating to waste my time,i know its not wasted but i need results…tris are good..shoulders getting there…bis,well they suck but if i dont do them then who will…keep pumping hard and wear a coat i heard it got real cold down there..ha ha..whos the eskimos now…

sore legs ,sore face..

i can walk,freakn amazing..thought for sure after yesterday legs there would be no chance of it.i do feel that agonizing tightness which will eventually led to ,mama your notĀ gettin out of bed today feel.but for now ,im good.even shoveled off all the snow we got over night bizarre,weather is changing around the world and all the humans to blame.we suck.i guess i should be blessed that i have a walk to shovel ,or a shovel even.did some 8sets of full squats went heavy because i brought my trusty belt.probably could have done more if i had a spot but trainers were busy and not many around that time of day.but i was still happy because i did have deadlifts and some leg extension[which i really didnt need but i want to see some separation when i vamp up my cardio]and some calves.didnt get my best deads because i havent trained them in a long time,but after the butt squeeze i got i think there back on the list.calves were good,calves always good[genetics,thank god]…i didnt eat in morning ,just couldnt find time with kids and their school and such,i think i just run on pure adrenline most of the time,i have a great love for this lifestyle and i dig deep when i need to..i know i could have lifted better and maybe things wouldn’t have been showing up in threes if i did eat,but oh well,today is another day.had an omelete already see im on my way…but then i have a dentist appnt[which i loath]and i wont want to get my teeth yucky so not sure what the food of the afternoon will be..maybe i will bring a toothbrush.or if i dont faint in the chair maybe dentist will give me one…doing chest and bis tonight..thinking of joining back up in tai kwondo..because i dont have enough to do..lol….
