start the trucks jwall,got me some fire burning on these quads
fire coming out of my legs,this powerlifting older gentleman[ha]taught me some different variations[thats the same thing isnt it,hm]of doing squats last night.i was on my way to do a regular light high rep squat time,all mentally in and stuff,almost knocked in to a couple of machines on way [because im just that deep,lol][or i dont watch where im walking]get on the smith,since i find it best for high reps ones,and start at it.i notice to my side that the new guy was over there.now hes a nice guy,old school only believes in the three lifts to gain total fitness,but thats ok im cool with that.so i knew he was a long talker and i really wanted good legs today so i held off talking to him for awhile,not being rude,just safe.did four sets of three stances then i figured im good for a rest so i go yep..i wanted to try off the pegs[or whatever the hell its called,i dont really care,as long as i remeber how to do it it needs no name]start in bottom squat then push up.i started with a plate because who knows if my knees might squirt out of my leg and go flying into mirror.i loved it,definetly a keeper.you can really feel the difference of the strength you need to press it.i tried to get a little wider stance so my legs wouldnt squeeze inward.he said i had excellent form [and no,not that way,not THAT kind of a friend].since i already did my other squats i only did seven sets of these,went up about six more pounds total.then i had just enough booya for lying hams,which i totalled out then repped back up the stack,then i felt like a big horse so i waddled to elipter and tried that on for size for 25ish,burnt the hell outta me butt.little hard to sleep at night because of burn but i think it might really hit tommorrow.doing spin tonight so it might help stretch out the pain,well no pain but definetly fire….
