another dirty snow day,its all melting…now how am i supposed to ski,bugger..ah it will be back…had a great spin last night ,as always..those who dont do it should really try its addictive…i have taken out a few classes so i dont get my legs to ripped[lord help me if i lost weight,lol] it was wicked hard on all the parts,we watched an arney video [get pumped] at the same time ,so i found myself tuning out the instructor sometimes…i didnt do my legs sunday so my goal was after spin[because that makes sense]i just really needed to get my legs in.started with squats,didnt do max because i forgot my belt,and i’ve been down that sore ass road before…i did do 10 out from max so it was still good,did some lying hamstrings after to max out the burn they already had.these are the only legs i did but they got a great work out from heavy spin tension so im not worried,would have liked to do calves though…next time…had to get home to house of flu..whomever gave my kids sickness,i will find you…bossy sick kids,yuck..need a vacation,…you just know im chucking down the vitamins and bumping up the protein,mama is no good sick,the castle crumbles..i think i have actually lost some muscle in my arms.maybe to many pyramid sets.think i will do them every other or twice a month,just started really liking them.if it aint working,stop it………holy crappy does every body in town go to the gym only mondays..super crowded then their all gone the next day,crazy..executive workout i guess…now how am i supposed to get to gym with two sickys,maybe if i put cover up on their red cheeks they wont know their sick…a hat,they can wear hats…drop and run….make them promise not to cough……stay home,do tred mill and dbs i guess,but that is noooo fun,oh well ,sacrifices…theres always a tomorrow,just better have a huge hot muscular man there when i finally get back,i’ll need a treat by then,if im not sick…
