a start of a great day,kinda.its been rather nice here lately the snow is thawing and the roads are nice and mushy splattering cars and the little people at bus stops…which is kind of fun..had a great leg day on weekend until my last set of squat,when i felt my muscle want to pop out my back.i had finished doing 3 sets with this same weight and just wanted to get down real low for my last of 6sets.but not even a quarter way there my back had a wrenching pain[which duh ive done before]just one of those,someone pulling your muscle from a small hole and stretching it to the other end of the gym,kind of feelings..so up goes the weight,breath deep for a bit and slowely walk to the bench..piss piss piss.after rolling my back a few times i decide to put away my weights.now you figure it would home time but ,no..im a stubborn one…on to bent legged hypers..on a bench so if i dont control my core i will definetly fall off.good for regular days but not so for breaking back days.but i did get through it with determination and good breathing,ya just have to tune these things out.if my body is still letting me do this then rock on…i even did some lying hams with heavy weight nice and slow,dont know how i was able to ,wow,im stubborn…then decided i had enough,thank god…the next morning wasnt to bad but i did walk with a pole up my butt because of the stiffness in my lower back,i wasnt able to train during day but what the hell i will try spin at night[because by this time i must have lost my mind]have not done spin for a week because of head cold,so i knew it would be hard just in that,but did it have to be so hard..it was a great class had a super sweat but was starting to feel the pain..karma….did my hour and showered down.took some pills at night just to let me sleep it off.walked this morning out of bed and wowzers batman felt like someone just gave me a punch from behind..sit sit now,sweat starts coming down[this cant be good][but i have to get kids up do breakfast,drive,lay te da]so i wait for about ten minutes rolling my back and give it another shot..walk sloww..did better except the stairs were sucki,cat under feet doesnt help ither,kick,was able to get things finished,because ‘i am mom’ and it has to be done..now i just have this screwdriver stuck in my lower back that i will have to deal with for a few days,its all fine i can handle it with some stretches and tuneing out but im glad legs arent for awhile..now its back to bed or groceries..hmmm hard call..my arms are good i could go do some curls lol…relentless i tell ya
