wholly rolly polly its freakn ass frezzin,-29.-40 with wind,bananas!i dont know how i expect to christmas shop or for that matter get my new shoe fix,what the hell are we doing to this planet theres going to be nothing left in 50 years..im the kind that definetly conserves and tries to get kids to think the same,yes i do have a car but i figure it replaces the good i have done in other areas…at least i think the people are finally remembering how to drive in this crap,except for the little jack pot driving the stacked up honda flying through all the lights,to which we all feel great when we see him 4 miles up the road in the ditch..and we dont help because of his assinine behaviour,ya that will teach him ha,freeze loser freeze..[ah you know i would help,well maybe not a guy,woman yes,senior definetly]stupid loser kid,eat my cold hard icy exaust…..slowley got to gym this saft,did some legs not heavy [wasnt feeling strong]squats,front squats,extensions,hams sitted,calves and some piss on this snow kickboxing..heart rate went really high today,could be the cold i guess…no cardio just back home to reshovel driveway….music lessons..kids dinner..kids snack…kids to bed…feed animals…clean house…yep no cardio….its hard when weather gets you down and you feel like melting into a cozy blanket and never getting out,but buck up,shake it out,grab some food and supplements and get your fanny in gear..its not fair to life that we waste what has been given to us…many people cant move stuck in a wheel chair there whole life or have so many challenges they cant get to a gym or be able to train their bodies…when you think your life sucks just remember someone elses sucks more,stop sulking,stop eating like a cow,stop procrastinating,get up get going get to it!

start of the week and i think it might ginx the rest…it is majorly freezing here,-25 ,-37 with wind so i cant see my mama butt traveling outside to the gym..i know im the greatest driver of all time but the rest of the city sucks..lol..i dont want to put the kids in danger in case some desert driver forgets his breaks..i have them dbs and treadmill and pull up bar so i can see how those will do for me..shoveled walk and van this morning so i figure thats my cardio for morning…i always feel like the weekend shrinks my size and then i train my butt off during week to watch it grow then the weekend comes and i deflate,strange but true oh boobados…i think its easier for a man to gain great rips on his abs than women,we have that retention thing and then’that time’ and then if we have babies…i know im making excuses but there all proven facts,and yes i will do more abs tonight i will not slack…been thinking a lot about xmas dinner,you know,my mother is going to lecture me constantly about not eating enough.you big guys just eat more because it stops at your chest and just goes in to fill the empty spots in your biceps.motheres have this ,eat all food groups in large portions at every meal,i have relentlessly for 15yrs tried and teach her that your poor body cant handle that much and its just a waste but of course,all mothers are always right…as she sits there smoking cigareetes till she turns blue,to which they say its not unhealthy..so i just nod now and do my own thing.sometimes you cant get into persons head until they smash it against the wall a few times and sanity sets in…your not giving in to a person ideals its a matter of seeing whats fact and doing whats right…family ,there all spun…

so…i just wrote the best post ever,not a word about my workouts just a lot of spiritual stuff and positive focus..but for some freakn ass reason its has gone into computer hell..i was very proud of it,but you take one wrong turn and pow! serves me right for playing with the keys..and i just dont have the words that would come out the same right now,,ah piss..see when i do write and get really deep it crawls back in its closet the one between the door to all sexy leather and the other door of intellictual brain surgury…well its my off day and now my fingys are sore so i think i will sulk in a glass of ceasear,its got healthy tomato juice..ha…train hard and heavy or just go sit back on your lazy fat butt and throw a snickers back in your jaws of life..hey its your day your future its up to you….

nothing to exciting this week..just some good workouts,legs on,well quads on sunday hamstrings tues,why,because i can.hamstrings went great as usual even had enough energy to do some kickboxing.good for a little anger release..always like to take dishes and laundry out at the bag,should bring my gloves next time,the heel of my hand is getting pretty strong though….did some shoulders and tris and at night came for spin,have been lacking on it for awhile,the kids suck the life energy out of me so i dont have much for an hour of riding.it felt good and i lasted with no pain till after so i will try again friday,if i can still feel my ass by then…i did do back yesterday,must of had a brain fart because i totally wiped it out of my head…its coming back…seated pullddown125,machine seated row two levels 95 a side,overhand on another seated row nice and slow with light weight..what..another seated cable row with heavy weight..wow i should be accross the pacific by now,hawaii here is come…some crunches and then the shoulder deal…how i forgot all this i have not the slightest idea…as long as i can shower and pick up the right kids from babysitting .today i guess its booby time,not a very heavy workout except for maybe incline,check out them 40s today,love hate relationship..once there up im good for three or four but its amatter of getting them to that point…was really busy last night so this whole day time thing is great except for having to drive back for spin at night,sucks the gas and its a whole ordeal to get there again,but if some buff guys start taking it i might be able to push myself more and forget about the gas consumption…mmmbuff guysmmmmmuscle….make sure all you big turkey peeps back away from that gravy bowl and remeber small portions and lots of water have a good one and lets be thankful for good calf genetics,yah

did some great legs yesterday,not much of a rest for the cold thing but i believe in sweating out the sickness…plus i needed to get out of house..sundays you wont find to many at gym till later in afternoon so i knew i had time for rest periods…brought the wonder women belt for extra protection..was going to do the cardio first but i figured if i go sit my butt down it just might not get up again,and with the whole tv thing there i probably would have watched a show and then my time would have been up.so,squat time..started with some fast warmups straight to bottom each time…didnt need belt till i got up to 185 then i wanted to do more reps so i threw her on and pounded them out,got up to my 195 3 sets of 5 but i still would like a spot so i can get down lower..but,apparently the boys were all hung over from watching st.peirre kick ass..so know it is up to mommy strength..thats ok i can do it i am woman,bring it on…on to one legged extension which i like doing because it is more strick,i was super setting with kickbacks,then some shmoo diecided he would want to use it,so in between breaths i say im on it,and he says now and yes,but he says he just wants to try,now im a pretty nice gal and usually dont lets stupid people bother me but im in the middle of training some hard ass legs and theres maybe four people in gym,if you want to broose and shop around go use some other freakn weights.i said i was on it..hes still standing there asking if its good for sore hams,,i mean hello shit head are you listening is there anyone in there,i am on this machine,back away from the crazy strong girl..i told him the best thing would be to go stretch,he snickered touched the machine a little and went beside it to do lat pull.ahhhhhhhh..k really ,newbies,if someone is supersetting dont ask to use in between we have warmed it up and we need it right away,there is simular ones you can use or come back in ten minutes but dont sit and talk to someone who is serious about their training and mess up there mojo,i may not be a huuge bodybuilder but i can be as scary if you test me..i get injected with testosterone as soon as i walk into gym,the male air hits me and all nicey mommy goes away,so you never know who your dealing with …i can talk for the minute in between sets but when im in the zone back away..i believe this process is the same for most serious lifters so newbies beware use your common sense..and put your freakn weights away..ohhh and for the gigantic boys whom use four plates aside on chest,put your freakn weights away,sure walk away with a grunt and believe you are bigger than a bear but then weasle back and clean your mess so us little people can try…soooo then calves which burn with every rep and expand upon pressure.finish..then i just decided to do some hypers so i can get these hammys tight and buttocks llittle…shower and then grey cup time,which i really done care about because really im just lookin at the butts and legs..i do appreciate the fast ones..its all about the butts..but but but butttt

did some cardio and kickboxing yesterday and tons of crunches,tried to stay away from the weights because i know i need a cardio day,but it was hard let me tell you,deeply enjoy the weights could spend all day there.so i did some kicking and punching and working on cardio in short spurts.not as long sets as i used to but now i think since im older my kicks are way harder and timeing better..now today[saturday]someone has given mommy a head cold and she aint very happy about it.i never get sick and this really pisses me .spent most of my day in bed so my scull wouldnt blow up but then i couuld here the house slowely beingtorn apart,monkeys hanging from the rafters..i figure i will have to clean some mess anyways so i might as well let them trash everything and start from begiining tomorrow..now im thinkin..does baileys or ceaser work better on a cold..it could be like a cheat day,havent ate much i dont really have an appetite and booze would be wrong thing to do,but..because i am sick and noone is feeling sorry for me i dont really care,besides i bought some 25pd dbs today to help these little hot dogs turn into huge pipes .just cant use them till tommorrow cause i have no strength right now..not much else is happening since the gym is a right off but i hope everyone who is healthy does train and do their time….me i think i should curl back into covers and watch my old movies…..[and lock my bedroom door]

so..its late but here i sit…so,i go to do BACK tonight,feel good everything is busy but we make it there in good time.toss the monkeys in their cage and off to change room,to which there was not just one but two women by my locker.now of course its not’my’ locker but,i like it.so instead of undressing right beside them[which i know,you were hoping] i go have a pee and hope their scruny asses are gone.come back and yes,away with you..but as i was getting undressed she came back to her locker,why who knows but now this chick is in my space bubble and im closterfobic..so i sit and wait till she stops yappin to her friend..obviously she needs to do cardio cause her fat buttocks are in my face now run away little flee..finally ..k so my turn,done ,gulp drink,check for crazy hair and off we go…relizing on my short way to weights i dont have back but chest and arms,well..now i have to change mental picture and regroup..done..[shakes head]machine press for lowerchest ,not to hard,cause mama aint breakn the breasts..incline upright/4 sets to 35,got up by 5 this time,sure i could do more with spot but no go..change up seat and do 4 more,now for a switch i do some laying overhead press,used to love these kind of forgot about them…not sure how many,maybe 5 sets did 65pd 4 times with spot or 5[but we dont count the last one]felt great not sore ,so far..start bis..was going to do the whole 4 exercises deal but had no time so i went for tri super set[so i call it] started with 25,20 17 for two sets then 30,25,20 for three..now what freakn pisses me is,if im standing in front of a freakn mirror with freakn weights sweatin my ass off do you think i want some teen goof ball talkin smack to his two friends right in front of me,dam rights no..i mean what goes through their wacked out brains to think i might not need the mirror or my space bubble for that matter..i have four sets of weights on floor beside bench and me,their squeched close do incline,three of them..i mean move your freakn ass bench over to the corner and make out over there with your loser ass skinny smock faces..i did say quietly when i put one set down ,that i needed him to move.but seriously would you stand two strids in front of someone in their mirror..is it a man thing that a woman doesnt need the mirror to check her form,cause if its a man thing your scratching the wrong post cause mama will break you down,i love men but im all about the power of women…[breath now…k][envisioning weights flying threw air bashin them in the back of there heads…][bam down for the count,thanks for the room]lol ..wow tired i guess..needed to vent..so i did some tris ,new abs pulldown and i was utta there!:)

daytime gym time on a wednesday..pretty dead,thats a good thing..come out of the change room dancing around swinging my arms and break out in song..ya no ..but i felt like it..get a good song [if they would ever turn up the freakn music]and ya feel like dancing around the weights,or is that just me…ive been known to do a good bootie drop…lol..start with some pulldowns 4 or 5 sets heavy but not max,i want to max out seated row and i know how tight my forarms get so i save the strength.did max on seated machine then dropped seat and did overhand pulls..in between when i get my breath i do hyperextensions.always feel like im missing my lower back so this helps me feel the muscles[and nothing greater then a good bum squeeze]on to pulldown but underhand leaning back a touch,feels good like the lat pull…just enough time and effort for rope crunches,which of course i do stack.i know the whole weight is not important but i do start on 90 so i still get the pull and concentration on seratus.i get to 150 stack i could probably do more but its hard to keep weight down when you weigh less than you pull.did some stricker abs by sitting on pulldown using a little pull and crunching,i found it really hitting middle of stomach .i didnt do very heavy[or i would be bound for the ceiling]just 25or 40.i think i wil do this one every other workout,feels good.stayed at a pretty steady four or five people doing weights so i could run around like i was boss girl and noone cared,ahhh to be old…would have liked to stay longer but i could feel the babysitters voice ringing in my ear so off to shower and find some chow..not very hungry lately so this whole eating deal is a chore,must be the weather…now,what was my combination again?

life gets so busy that you forget your dragging around roots and sometimes its important that you hold up and plant them for awhile so you can florish.i was so involved in gym and all, so this weekend i decided to take it a little easy.i still trained[dont get crazy]but layed off some other things..spent less time on computer and tv and more around house .its good to slack off the normal routine once in awhile…its already wednesday and my mind is still on the weekend.only did one daytime workout didnt have a great schedule things got messed up a little,missed some cardio..did spin on monday and i thought they were going to grease and feather my hide.all these daytime workouts makes me miss spin at night which means i miss being with the gang which sometimes i need and appreciate.i did well on spin thought i might not have but i lived to spin another road…legs last night…no squat i needed to get some of my others in this time.did some good leg press stretched out the butt pretty good.in between sets i had a nice view of some beauti set of trunks attached to a competor.hes short but packed.gave me some good inspriation and jealousy.i not to happy with the slant of our leg press but we have two do i change up 4 sets then three on other..it was pretty busy but seemed like all the boys were on arms so except for thigh man and his matching wife it was clear sailing for legs..extension was a good as well.real burned them out with a lot of pausing…just did sitted hams,cant do as heavy because it hurts quads but i still did 3/4 stack so im fine with that,calves and some hpersextensions for the fatty dough girl butt..training went well not to much talking and a lot of work finished .now if i can only find some definition and find out where my hamstrings hide when i train them….

trained big bis yesterday,did the day time thing because i knew it was going to be busy around the nut house later.starting to get used to this daytime thing.no waiting more concentration and once in awhile a babe comes by for inspiration.started with a little cardio to wake up the moths…did some calf raises since there was blood going around there already..tight and hard .ya baby..was going to try stack but chickened out plus i would only do two or three so why i say…was pumped up from cardio so i thought to do some kick boxing since the blood was flowing..lots of fun…definetly know im getting older when its harder to breath in between..dam the whole gettin old thing…fight it to the end i say…nooow its time to train…db curls sitted,tried slowely so i could get just the right form and placement of my wrists…that all went pretty good ,not many here just a couple runty boys waiting to get huge..did some bb curls going from 60 down to 30 burn burn burn[obviously not a rope crunch day]by now the big boys were coming in.now i know we all do this for our own reason but these guys scare me and i dont really think their doing it for the same reason,but to each is own and whatever…lol…as long as the scary gun runners are happy…but they do have nice hard huge bodies…bis finished i worked on my triceps did as many exercises as i could before my energy pooped out..bought a golds sweater just to look cool and pretend i was huge…got to suck up to the boss you know…on to shower …oh….that night [last night]i tried rock climbing for the first time learned how to bellie and repell..today i rep the rewards,sore wrists hands biceps…probably should have thought out that work out better…
