butt hard

tuesday tree trunk day…thank god waited all week..i would have liked to test myself really heavy but i forgot my belt.during day there isnt many people so i like to bing the leather in case my gumpshine gets bigger than the actual muscle strength..sooo i did my..oh just wait..i brought samson in babysitting for their little halloween eat off then i proceeded to my workout.started squat with bar then worked way up .i would like to stick with 12-8 -6-4 but it usually works out to,do what ever i can handle which funny enough is pretty close.i have stuck with my low powerlifting stance,just in case i gain a new back and go back into it.i tried the new leg press which was fine,more upright legs but i found it not to be made with anyone in the 5′ range,the neck piece is hell ,did my kneeling kickbacks with heavyy weight at aa high pace,leg extensions paying attention to the squeeze i tried to sneek in another leg but it was time to pickup superman and see how much of a buzz he had on..the afternoon is a great time to train if you can and if there is something you need to spend time on..try not to let those big hot sexy muscle boys get in the way of your maoning and groaning….ha just wait may be i should read that over….im thinking i might sneek in a deadlift and calfs and lying hams tomorrow..shh

pre-halloween candy

monday..chesty larue day..of course i did my crazy spin for life for 50min…then after the customed change shirt over episode i mustered up the rest of my rim of energy and started my workout…on to see whos taken over the benches,,hmm nope little guys i will do bench after,i find its the little ones whom tend to stare the most,guess they have a lot of free time…machine slanted press,throw on some 25s found it way to easy so i threw in another ten [safe weight] nope still ,ten again..this was pretty good since the lower chesty doesnt need much,i just want everything to tighten and cuddle the girls…on to incline,which by now the real workers were there,a few new women[ahh woman powerr]though i dont like training with the chicks i find today to be an exception.did real well,for me,on incline went up to 37.5 dbs which i think is new,then afer 4set i moved bench up and did higher up on chest with lighter since it will be taking in shoulders[and we know how week them puppys are]i did play around with flat bench but nothing extreme..i was running out of time so ijust blasted out a few sets of upright rows on cables..nice and slow to hit everything..i can do more shoulders on tuesday,LEGday…im all about sharing…pretty busy at gym,monday thing…regulars around which is good,mama needs to see her muscular men…snow outside so floor is all crapped out in dirt .little sneeky buggers who bring there outside shoes in…no boxing today the place is like a mall,tomorrow in afternoon will be better for the huge mountainous beefy quadzilla…lol….ahhhh

friday BACK!lovely i must say,back is like legs,even if the weight would kill me i would still train a million exercises,[i dig deep]there was a pretty good view from where i was to so that even let out some sweat..pulldowns wide,seated machine row till it almost killed me..i felt strangly strong today..ahh yesss..moved different levels with the chair 4 sets each got up to 75pd a side,pulling back cuz mama dont wanna crush the girls…i kept with slow motion both ways…trying to picture my buldging romboids exploding outta my skin..i find training easier if you picture yourself doing the motion before actually starting[old gymnastic thing].i also did some slanted db one arm rows,sure i probably didnt have to do more rows ..but..welll.it was fun..i went up to 40 which i never did before.i dont like to do the old,yank and crash thing ,so i never been up this high before but lo and behold today was different[must have been the morning omelet..i have been trying to eat consistant..or at all should i say….i still dont like eating but it is making a difference on my strength…not the weight[cause that is still in stall]…i attempted bis after..did a little pyramid on bar curls which turned out to be a great bi burn,i also supersetted this with db tri kickback using 10s..odd yes,painful,muchly..burn,ya baby..felt great ..couldnt lift them after but thats alright im tuff..im sure someone else can help me in the shower….waiting to do legs but i did do them sun and tuesday so i will hold off till sun or monday….really..promise…

well,tuesday..glad thats over ish…had music lessons and such a busy night i decided to train during day.knowing fair well thee would be no stud muffins what so ever and the excitement probably wouldnt happen as quick,but oh well,i dig deep..so i know i was going to train arms but something inside me said ..legssssssssss..they were already pretty much rested from sunday and i did miss a couple exercises only because i already did 5,but i likem legs..i am going to start trying to get back my three plates a side.i know it has been a couple years but continual hard work will get me there,and im pretty stubborn.i even brought my weight belt so my back would have a chance to work up..i got as far asone and half on each,bugger .but i did do 6 or 7 sets.so at least im working them in.now i dont know if in two days i will be able to move my butt any but at least it worked today.i did extensions one leg at a time,then kneeling kickbacks,which i love[kick them sorry ass put your freakn weight away scmucks waste of skin men], thenlying hamstrings which i also like..after with barely in breath left in me i did my rope crunches,which by then i had some juicy muscle guy to scope at after…then placing one piller before each i made it crashing my muscular trunks from side to side to the locker and shower…i thank the guy/women for the invention of pulsating showers ,god bless….and then i continued the rest of my pschotic evening…

changes not so fast coming…

sunday and im trying to find the energy to go train,i missed yesterday due to an unscheduled fainting well two but im ok now,dont know what happened there.just gave me more housework to catch up on.friday did a good chest and tri workout,kids were at home so i was able to stretch it out.did do spin just because im addicted cant seem to let it go but it warms me up for the rest of the workout.i did do cables but not as heavy[dont need to visit that pain again]then on to incline which i do like to do heavy i did a few sets then moved chair back more for some 3 more sets.while i was there i pressed out some shoulders just because they felt good and..i was there.i then did some machine press at slight angle.got the ole"i dont think is chest needs any help comment"boot him in head,but kept on.i like the top ridge of chest muscles looks hot…i did about 4 exercises then i threw in some calves since i tend not to.super tight and strong as usual.thank god.i finished off with some tri press and cble pullup for shoulders.then on to rope crunches.went a little slower this time to check out my form..butt out ,curl in,fix stupid hat that keeps popping up,tri not to flash undies at crowd,and ..back up….no bike just shower time and find bull to eat,aways hungry after..today well legs should wait till tuesday but..but..i hate waiting when they feel fine..sooo i might just do them..so there..if i can remove butt off chair…

quickie

lighter day,trying not to over train..ha..did my spin to hell and back.i can see how it could take some leg muscle but i get a really good burn in them after and my butt.maybe if i just stay to three times a week and leave out the other bike the other days.after a change of shirts[i know how much them men hate tight sweaty shirts on women]i started some bis and tris and shoulders.did shoulders off and on during bis,didnt want to burn them very much because my hands get tight real fast and burn out.i wanted to keep all the strength for bis.i kept it to slow and heavy,dont worry my heavy is your warmup..i did about 4 exercises,though they were burning did want to doo more but cut myself off,still had tris to do.during tris well ok,before[thinking of hand strength]i did rope crunches,which i love[even if you cant see them yet]down to stack again,might have to start adding on a dumbell[exciting]then i did tris..by then sll the hot ones were gone and the late scmoos were coming in,good because i had to get kids,just enough time to shower,take some naked pics[for daddy of course]and rescue sitter..then home to fight kids for food…it was pretty good..short and sweet..was pretty focus so i didnt even notice the hottness of men around me…strange…

to many cooks in the kitchen…

well,welcome to winter.we did get some real snow but might melt tomorrow,so time for kids coats and boots,yeh goina love that,no…had a kind of short one last night.did a hard spin on a monday[hate monday spin]then the boxing ring was busy so i started back.my intention was to do back shoulders tri but because of the peeps i didnt finish little ones.i did a long stronger pulldown,slow reps and high sets just got to 130 which is the most i do with 6.i never go lower because its mentally hard for me to only get two reps out of something.i feel like im just wasting time.onto sitted machine pull,which i love,a little squeshy on the girls but if i do one handed i can block or two handed i lean way back.also did heavy here.not sure how much i just keep loading till i cant get out more than 5 or 6.then i did 3 sets at a different hieght of the chair.then unto hypers it was the only one left that wasnt busy,mondays.did 4 sets but with some goof ball talking to me the whole time.i cant tell someone im busy i just keep doing my workout and hope there quiet during the set,or i tune them out like the kids,lol…i thought wearing big shirts and baggy pants would stop people from talking to me but i guess not,maybe next time i wont change my shirt after spin,mind you you guys probably think sweat comeing down a womans shirt is sexy….:)..oh well got it done not as many exercises as i hoped but a lot of sets.today is tree trunk day.think i will go in around noon for optimum concentration.no need for spectators during hard deadlifts and squats..i wil try and eat before.had an omelete this morning but that would do me all day if i didnt tell you i will make a effort to eat more calories,dam,should keep my mouth shut next time:)…go heavy or go home!p.s. if there wearing headphones and walking at a pace,they{a.k.a me]are busy training,but we thankyou for the thought of wanting to communicate,just dont right now..

ouch

did some double time at gym yesterday.did cardio elipter for 45 then started chest.unfortunately the chesty gods were not shining on me i started with a good beginner weight on cable crossovers and continued down i thought everything was going great,felt good ,not many at gym,a little ufc on the screen…but…on my last set which i did nice and heavy just to blast out three,when i finished i felt like someone ripped the  chest muscles out of my shoulders.i couldnt raise my arms or squeeze them together.now i didnt know what to do.i have never in 23 years got hurt except for broozes on shines from powerlifting.i tried to brush it off and went to do our new machine bench,but wholly god i couldnt even place my hands on the stupid handles i even had a tear come down[and mama dont cry] i just laid there rubbing  my soreness.it was right before shoulders,flet like it was ripped out.because im so tough and i dont ever give up i tried to do some bicep curls seeing chest was a right off…but  noooo..every time i rolled it up pain went through my chest and shoulder.i decided to give in on this one ,tough but not stupid.so i drag my sorry ass to the stupid bike and did a ittle cardio before i sunk into the warmth of the theraputic shower,as i continually shook my head wispering the words,"piss piss piss"to myself;;lol.like i say ,i dont give up easy.night time back to gym to give it a go.my chest had all day to rest but i wasnt going to piss it off again so i did all my little crappy stuff[hate spending a workout doing the little muscles]attempted shoulders which ended up great but i didnt go heavy,even crashed out tons of rear delts,tris,even did some dips but with machine not body weight…i had to do short reps just in case my pain snuck in..in between all this i did leg raises because i have that whole,lower mama belly.then i concentrate on ab work out and finished with crappy stupid bike while i watched my ER.not bad workout considering the pain and the fact there wasnt any huge guys to stare at.today i will attempt back[which i love].and there dam will better be some hot young studs there or big muscle heads,mama needs some inspiration!lol

buns of steel[so it feels]

was going to post tuesday night but i think i got a bug from the gym and i got sick after and spent night in bed,so,that was fun.i did go to gym during day since kids were still home from school.there wasnt many there  and that was greatfor me..did some major legs thought i would go for strength this week.did 6sets of deadsgot up to 195 and worked my way back down,did squat after did pretty heavy,not my best  but thats ok i will work up to it again.then extension and superset with kickback machine and ham curl,so that would be a tri super setty.about 4 seets i think i dont know i was having fun..no more time to do stomach i had to get kids..went into truck and my legs felt like they weighed 300pds.tonight i did spin/barely my ass was killing but i was determined to get some cardio,followed that with a back workout concentrating on sitted rows,did 4sets of bis curls,hammers,one armed bench and cable,then finished with rope crunches 150pds a4sets maybe five,not sure i was talking lol…had no ompth for cardio stupid bike but i guess i did spin so that gets me a bi….now home to do all my chores ,forgot to eat again ,just had gatorade after workout .i know but i cant see eating now at 11 at night..tomorrow promise..

saturday post it

it was a crazy kind of saturday.have everything planned for the day and nothing goes that way,who would have figured…planned on getting some tatt work done,they cancelled,again,so after waiting for sitter for two hours i really didnt ned her.so i decide to go for a tan and train.to late for sitter at gym so in walks sister,yah…16 its her duty i figure,ahh she’ll love one day…tan was great,tried to take a sexy phone pic but ,you know,hate the body so no matter how many times i clear the picture ,no good one will show up[dam that picture fairy,never there when you need her]so i give up and start playing with the radio while i relax on cancer beach…went to 7 for a coffee and a fidji[best water ever]i was a little un sure about the coffee.everytime i have had one i spill it in some way every freakn day…but,i needed it bad…got into car[k,van]and drove back,spush,coffee slids its way over lid and some smashes to my rug….dam freakn ass coffee … get to gym in the blistering wind[no snow but getting cold]shake my hair back into place and get ready for a great workout..start on back [remembering hapkidos advise on many pulldown and row]and what do i see., tons of new equipment all clean and sweat free,right from spain im told ,well im like a kid in the candy shop.i tried everything that didnt have plastic on it yet,and still did my full back workout,hard,and more.i did plan on back tri shoulder but ended up doing that and some legs just to try things out.it was a slow morning there,the perfect time to try in case i make a fool out of myself by screwing something up.most of it i loved.bi curl was excellent,ham kick back cool for butt and quad,the extension was beautiful but hard to get feet into if heavy weight is on..i definelty had a great workout and actually talk to two people that we usually just do the ‘hi whats up’eye thing…did my stupid slow bike after[watch how to tear a restraunt apart]and went for my shower,ah to which someone was in my favorite so i had to go in the stupid steam till she was out.which i usually dont mind but this one is only chicks and it just really screws with my fantasys at night[though i know when it comes to the guys,woman she be part of my dreams..blah blah blah]lol…showered off dried off with my now wet suna wet towel and felt all fresh to do it again..see no matter how hard i train im always coming back for more…
