breakfast for mama,finally..i think its only fair that i get to eat once in a while.kids are off to learn and play,i hope..still a left over kid.think i will take him to gym and let him climb on someone else for a while.not really into training during day,infact i hate it.but the way i see it is when i do have spin class thats an hour and getting there,putting kids in,getting changed,..by the time im done i only have barely an hour to train heavy after before i rescue the sitter.by the end of the week with chores added i can barely find the energy to train on weekend.ilt will take time away from cleaning during day,but hey..who needs a clean rug or laundry or rooms or house or lawn…as long as mommy doesnt get burnout..its about priorities lol…ah i’ll do it before i leave and after no biggy,sleep when im dead.not many of regulars at gym last night wednesday,must have been ladies night at the bar…they left lots of room for me to train and it smelt a little better without them.though i had no real eye candy for inspiration,skinny sales guy just didnt do it for me.luckly i have a nuff gusto to get it done.concentrated more on my pulldowns and squeezing trying to get the middle of back ,i need some width but im not to worried about it,rather work on the romboids.just wait….oatmeal..cold..now….dog hiding from crazy boy,run for your life puppy…i was able to get some sitted rows in.did some quick one armed first just to get them fast twitch muscles,with a lot of weight.then regular row with gradule weight on .the girls kind of get in the way so its a major pullback ordeal.have to really listen to back or i end up using biceps…now i dont mind the occasional glance but for a guy to sit in the middle of his workout and watch you do a full set just pisses me off,need to go up behind him,arm sweep him and the boot him in the head..[many thoughts by many woman in gym]..workoout was good but not long enough…i will try this afternoon,see what shmooze dont have a job..lol…its a joke relax

another weekend gone..sucks.farewell..training was great on sunday.kids were in the sitters,except one boy was on climbing wall .which is great except for the quick glances i took when i sen him flying away from the wall thinking hes superman instead of spidy[one day they’ll kick him off]ahh his too cool to get mad at.i figure as long as he doesnt shorten my training he can abuse all he wants just let mommy get two hours.gym was fairly busy,there were a few twinkies buggin up my mirror but an evil eye once in awile kept them at bay.im more of the walking type of trainer.when im not in a set i need to be stretching or doing calve raises.its just my thing.i know you should savour your energy but i cant just sit.feels like a fat blimp waitin on a burger,burger butt …did a chesty day.doesnt happen to often. my shest muscles are pretty easy to get so i dont train hard,plus i payed good money for these babies and aint nothing poppin outta them..lol..the boys were a little galky i think maybe they were waiting for the twinkies to start ripping off there clothes and start jumpin the racks..not this mama,i wear daddys shirts and baggys.the site of my fat ass in the mirror scares me i dont want anyone else to pewk out…did stack,150 at this gym ,of rope crunches.love the thought of getting to the bottom.i just hate the core it takes for my body to stay down.almost hard for me to get some hotty to hold my hips down hard..well ,k not that hard..i actually thread through them to see who i want to imagine holding my ass down while i squeeze every orface to get a sexy six pack so i can scoop the views of the same guy griping my tight hips…..soo this a monday..hmm

another saturday,look forward to them as much as possible,not for the cartoons but its the only sleep in morning ofthe week.now 9 might not be a sleep in but when the kids come and jump all over and want food and go outside,nine is pretty good around this nut house.geat up feed the kids there regular suger flavored cereals and throw in a protein shake for them ,mommy tries and finds food for herself.now i am not a lover of food and find it a waste of my day but the whole’you must eat or die ,thing’gets me,so..im thinking oatmeal and a small coffee[which i am down to two a day,and no more iced caps]at the gym and most gyms,the babysitting is only till afternoon on weekends so if i dont get my chores done,animals fed,sister to the mall .kids dressed[ah they dont need socks,overrated].find workout clothes in washer,again,put clothes on find eyebrows and maybe throw some mascara on too…then,as long as i remember to let the dogs back in,turn off coffee,rinse oatmeal pot[because you know hard that is to clean when it dries]and try not to put my cell phone in the clothes washer again,then we can run to the gym on time for the sitter…..and then my workout begins….whew…saturdays are good….at least the huge muscle boys are usually there around lunch time,little inspiration i say!
