Information Overload!
Okay, I need you guys help. I need to lower my body fat, and not my weight. I have read way to many things to the point that I am insanely confused! The only thing that works is the MH 300 workout. But I can’t do that every day. If I lift heavy, I get bigger! Not what I need. I’m open for suggestions. Diet is great! And any advice on abs is good also. When I do them I get distended. Feel bloated for days. Thanks guys!

Yeah ive read around about ways top lose fat and its not easy.
But i do know that doing cardio in the morning (before u eat) is a good way. and that you can’t target fat loss.
The best way is to lose overall body fat.
