Okay, I need you guys help. I need to lower my body fat, and not my weight. I have read way to many things to the point that I am insanely confused! The only thing that works is the MH 300 workout. But I can’t do that every day. If I lift heavy, I get bigger! Not what I need. I’m open for suggestions. Diet is great! And any advice on abs is good also. When I do them I get distended. Feel bloated for days. Thanks guys!

Schedule is all jacked up! This sinus infection is killing me. Only 3 days in the gym last week. Depressing. Spent time with my girls is the upside. Gotta keep on pushin! Where is that magic pill again?

I’m slowly recovering from my 10 day illness. Lungs are almost 100% and I’m feeling very good. Reading about others and getting their motivation is helping out alot! Not to mention the DO WORK CREW!! Sadly, body fat went up a bit since I was not able to do cardio. Oh well. It will suffer the wrath of steel this week!

I’m baaack! After being sick for 8 days, it felt really good to get back in the gym. Lungs are still healing, so I have to take it easy for the next couple of days. Started a new workout program from M&F, so I will see how I’m at in 6 weeks. Need to start cooking and getting my meals prepped.
Can’t say I missed the people who are at the gym to "workout" and not train. 15 min. on a machine, come on! If you need to talk to the girl or guy, get their number and call them at home. Any who, just glad to be back. Time to DO WORK!

This is where it all started for me. Watching the Tour de France back when Eddy Merck, Greg LeMond where doing there best, I instantly feel in love with a sport that challenge’s you both mentally and physically. I’m super excited to be able to see the whole race(unemployment has some advantages)! GO LANCE and TEAM ASTANA!

Great workout!! Cardio was the best. Kept the heart rate at 177-180. Now, time for the ground turkey and rice, and egg whites. Very proud of myself for the focus and determination this week. Thanks to all the folks out there who keep it real and bust their butt!! Until next time………

Hamstrings look good, but hurt. Cramped up all night. Stretching most of the morning. Drinking lots of gatorade and water. Going to the gym later this evening, hope I can do cardio. I’m always cramping up in the middle of the night? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Wow. What a workout. Did legs today and felt great! I went back to my JC training program, which makes me go heavy, but focus on one leg at at time. Very pleased with how I feel and how they look.
