Just a few things!!
So I started a new workout today. Its been 4 weeks with the last one. It was so hard I did it in circuit form upper and lower body(like the abs diet) workout, with the heviest weight I could do for 10 reps. I was so tired today I had to take a 2hrs nap good thing I’m off work today!Pls feel free to checkout my workout plan and let me know what you think.
I’m still trying to fgure out a couple cheat meals a week or a day? I’m struggleing with this because if I go a day of cheating I really eat its like I try to get everything bad I couldn’t eat over the week in one day…YUCK! So I’m wondering if a meal or two would work better……whats your thoughts?
Okay now for a little venting: My partner and I have been working out really hard 5 days a week for the last 4 weeks, we lift the heaviest weights we possibly can for 10 - 12 reps. The gym I go to has a womens side in the back and a co-ed side, I abviously workout on the mens(co-ed side) Its a small town and all we have been hearing is ‘’Those to girls are going to bulk up so bad'’. These women lift 5lbs weights a hundred times over do cardio til the cows come home and there body still stays the same and they never see any results……..I wish people would mind there own business. Anyway when I reach my goal there won’t be anymore talk like that:)
