Just a few things!!

So I started a new workout today. Its been 4 weeks with the last one. It was so hard I did it in circuit form upper and lower body(like the abs diet) workout, with the heviest weight I could do for 10 reps. I was so tired today I had to take a 2hrs nap good thing I’m off work today!Pls feel free to checkout my workout plan and let me know what you think.

I’m still trying to fgure out a couple cheat meals a week or a day? I’m struggleing with this because if I go a day of cheating I really eat its like I try to get everything bad I couldn’t eat over the week in one day…YUCK! So I’m wondering if a meal or two would work better……whats your thoughts?

Okay now for a little venting: My partner and I have been working out really hard 5 days a week for the last 4 weeks, we lift the heaviest weights we possibly can for 10 - 12 reps. The gym I go to has a womens side in the back and a co-ed side, I abviously workout on the mens(co-ed side) Its a small town and all we have been hearing is ‘’Those to girls are going to bulk up so bad'’. These women lift 5lbs weights a hundred times over do cardio til the cows come home and there body still stays the same and they never see any results……..I wish people would mind there own business. Anyway when I reach my goal there won’t be anymore talk like that:)

Went up in weight today now squating 20lbs more and pressing 10lbs more. This is great I’m trying really hard to push myself all the time.

Found a great protein pancake recepie its so delicious…..1/4cup oats 1/4 cup dessert vanilla protein powder(makes it taste extra yummy)1/4 cup coyote brand whole wheat pancake mix 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1/3 cup milk, mix well heat skillet with pam 1/4 cup batter per pancake I eat 2 then put left over batter in fridge for next day when cooked I put 2 tbsp ed smith sugar free syrup on them….yummy!!

Down 6!!!!

Down 6 Lbs in 3 weeks, this workout program I’m on is awesome but really intense everything is high intervals and circuits with the heaviest weight I can lift in 10 reps. My partner and I will be changing things up in 3 more weeks. I would like to thank everyone who has given me some advice, this site is great to keep motivated. My eating is under control for 6 days of the week I tend to cheat on Saturdays (alot). I’m not sure if thats good or not, so far it hasn’t hurt my progress. I’m starting to feel alot better.
