Did it again:/
May 28, 2009Well I was down to 186 at the beginning of December and feeling very good about myself… then it happened… I started slacking off. I have been eating terrible my workouts have been half as*ed and very inconsistent. The result, I’m now 196 and wondering why I did it yet again. Well its done now so what to do about it, right!?
Tuesday I started focusing on cardio again because it was what I have been slacking on the most. I realized how bad I had been, two days in and after each session of cardio my energy is completely zapped. This is obviously going to be a week or more process of getting back into exercising the way I need to but it will all be worth it.
I’ve also cleaned up my eating habits the past two days and I’m refocused on making it last! So here it goes once again… time to hit it hard!
