Injured.
Well It seems that someone doesn’t really want me to do cardio or legs, because I have a level two sprain on my ankle. I have to wait four to six week before I can resume cardio or any leg workouts. It’s kind of a bummer because I was diggin’ the whole running scene, but I guess it’ll take some time. To anyone who is actually reading this, do you know of any supplements or vitamin that I could take to strengthen my ankle/ possible exercises that will help me get my range of motion back. Rest is the key ingredient! Any joint supplement out there will work. Cant think of any off had. About a week after you have sprained it. Start trying to balance on beams and random things like that. Take a towel lay down with your leg up/wrap around your foot and stretch it. I dont know the actual names of these techniques but if you were to go on WebMD I am sure you can find something. My main advise is take your time in recovery! Do not rush coming back from an ankle sprain. I had a sever ankle spring in Feb of 07′ and am still feeling some of the effects.
