Injured.
May 7, 2008Well It seems that someone doesn’t really want me to do cardio or legs, because I have a level two sprain on my ankle. I have to wait four to six week before I can resume cardio or any leg workouts. It’s kind of a bummer because I was diggin’ the whole running scene, but I guess it’ll take some time. To anyone who is actually reading this, do you know of any supplements or vitamin that I could take to strengthen my ankle/ possible exercises that will help me get my range of motion back.
