Cheat!!!
So, my trainer authorized a cheat day for me! had it on sunday! I took notice if my weight changed and energy levels in the gym…. and according to him, my body reacted nicely! So now I am going to have a regular cheat day as my body is ready for it now! I had 2 croissants with homemade strawberry jam, cheese stick, potato chips, hot fudge sundae, slice of pizza…..all though I still had my healthy meals in between! lol Strength is still going up with every workout! The changes in my body are really noticeable now! I’m happy I took the year off!!

That cheat meal sounds sooo yummy…love croissants (especially the ones with chocolate in the middle)..looking hot in your AVI btw
