					<description>I am amazed at your progress, congrats and good luck with the fast. I am losing too much weight and strength, but such is the life of a muslim.
I started at 79 kg before the fast, 4 days into the fast and I am now at 77.7kg (mostly water and muscle probably!)</description>

					<description>i am having a problem in losing weight

i think my body is used to low calories
i am 85 kgs now

my goal is 79

my deit is 1900 Calories per day which is less 500 than  normal
i tried Clen and Ephidrien but i lose only o.5 kg with every cycle of them

i tried also Hydroxicut for one month
i am doing 3 Aerobics training a week
i train 7 out of 7
my training is 60 min only
i burn 500 calories with each aerobics..


any suggestions</description>
