Incredible! I did believe in miracles training can make but I hardly hoped I’d get my body back including pre pregnancy weight and flat belly with no single stretch mark just 2 weeks postpartum. Every woman definitely should prepare body for pregnancy at least year or two before getting pregnant if she wants her body back in no time. There is no need to blame heredity. My mom never had her body back after having just 2 kids and she does have stretch marks. So the only thing that helped me is consistent exercising…I’m very happy my body was ready to carry child and I don’t have to worry about getting it back now. I have more time and energy to enjoy my baby girl and recover after c-section.
