I have entered the Wild Orchid modelling competition and I am really hoping that you will help by voting for me! My profile can be found here. Just follow the voting instructions and you will make a big difference.
If I win it will be a real boost to my modelling career as I get to do a professional shoot in London.
I hope I can count on you.

I’m in trouble. I try to do everything right. I read all these prenatal care books and follow all recommendations about fitness and nutrition. I honestly added 300 K to my diet. BUT I’m 18 weeks now, and my weight is 4 lbs less than start weight. My OBG told me if I don’t start packing 1 lb a week, she’ll put me on drugs because probably I don’t feel hungry enough:). Cool, huh? I don’t think my nutrition is a problem. I don’t use heavy weights for training and probably I’m losing muscle mass now. It doesn’t make any sense to her. So, I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to be put on drugs:
Baby is fine and growing normally. It’s a girl, my little pussy-kitten.

1-st trimester turned to be very lean time for me, thanks to my baby:) He doesn’t mind me exercising but he is very choosy about food, so choosy…I’m hardly able to find anything to eat to please him. I’m approaching 16th week, time when vigorous exercises on the back are banned. It does sound like a curse:). But reality of 3-d trimester is much scarier. Yoga? I’m not a yoga person but I guess I’ll have to accept that. How can people go month by month without exercising at all?

My body is currently working on creating a new life (first trimester). To keep on exercising when your body is so busy with building a new body is the hardest job ever:). Yet, I’m not going to give up:). I’ll be doing appropriate exercising through whole pregnancy. This can be hard when you are so exhausted but I know we will benifit (me&little).
