Seriously. I need someone to answer too. I have successfuly DESTROYED my workout program. I now have a month of loss time. Yea thats right 1 month gone down the toilet. I have worked out a whole maybe…5 times. Besides playing a few sports…but that doesnt count. So yea…I gotta get back into a routine. Doesnt help that I have a week and a half until I move AGAIN. Then who knows after that. I need to bust ass to get anything by october…Damnit.

A friend of mine who is huge into building and competitions said that due to me being such a hard gainer I should drop the Animal and pick up 3-AD. Now there are no reviews on this stuff, and I read that for some sports it could show up. Now Im not worried about that…I want to know what people know about it, and if this is a good ideal. He told me to only do 2 cycles of it…TOTAL and no more after that. Comments? Any help would be great. I was actually just thinking of moving from Stak to M-Stak. Im not a big fan of shoving too many hormone things into me…so please no recomendations for Take this with this with this. I would mostly just like to know which of these three would be the best for gains…and the healthiest over all to use. I do appreciate any and all help. Peace and good luck to you all.

Im lifting numbers I couldnt max out at when I started, Im gaining weight, I feel great. Its helping work to, I can throw heavy crap around a hell of a lot easier. I actually look forward to each session at the gym not as I need to do it, but because I WANT to now. My attitude has increased dramatically. Now I just need to make sure I keep intaking calories. That still gets rough with work at times.

I feel like hell today. Its bad enough I missed a day yesterday thanks to work. But our tempo has picked up DRASTICLY. For my line of work, thats not good at all. I feel like hell now. I usually try to work out at 130am here, today it didnt happen until 4. To top it off, I just feel weak. Rediculously weak. Today was chest and bi’s. I dont even feel like I worked my chest. The only thing about this that keeps my motivation up is that it allows me to be angry at something and hopefully drive myself harder. Im just going to have to sacrifice one of my normal rest days to something insane.

I was just told today that my forearms are “freakishly large” for the rest of me. That my arms are “Unproportionate” to hell with it, Im taking it as a compliment, anyone saying anything about me is large, is good to hear. I guess I just gotta get my bicep and triceps up to speed.

Well, Im seeing obvious strength gains. Which is great. I havent gained a damn pound though. Im still sketchy about my workouts. I feel as if Im not doing enough. Not enough routines. For instance, my legs Ill do, Leg Press, DB Lunges, Squats, Calf Raises, Ham curls and we have a calf press machine, I use that as well. I still feel something is missing. Thats the best I got. Back well thats terrible IMO. BB Row, T-Bar Row, Dead Lifts, and Weighted Pull ups. Chest, Flat press, Incline and decline press, and DB flys. It seems so cheap how little Im doing. Any one know something else I should throw in there?

Well Im trying to make some serious gains. I guess I want to gain lets say…30 pounds but I want to be at a nice…9% body fat. So seeing as I have a rediculous metabolism, what I was thinking is, use some gainer heavily for a month keep working hard, maybe throw some NO-xplode in there and potentially some testoterone (Which I would appreciate any thoughts on that), After that month see if Im at weight, if I am then switch up to standard good for you protein and some fat burner to get rid of the nasty the gainer could leave behind. No I know I wont gain 30 in a month, but I dont want to be a slob, so I plan on doing this cycle multiple times, gain a month burn a month rinse and repeat. How does this sound? Anyone? Any recommendations as to any supplements I should look into. By the way, Im in Iraq, and not the part where I can eat well. So my nutrition is pretty much going to have to revolve around my supplements. Mucho Gracias.
