I am headed to Tampa, Florida at the end of September. Going to be doing a beach lifestyle photo shoot there.Can’t wait to see Tampa…I have never been there before. I’ve been to Orlando and a brief visit in Tallahasse.I am starting to do more modeling and traveling for work more…that is why I am sometime lax on my bodyspace.This is a new dynamic for me.I am now entering a chapter of balancing my diet and training while traveling.I have read about others and this delicate balance and I plan to follow in their footsteps and stay on task.I luv a challenge and am looking forward to what my future in fitness and fashion holds!!

My next competition which was formerly called America’s Fittest Model has now been changed to the new and improved title of ‘Fitness Model International’. It’s being held in Beverly Hills, California on October 25th at the Wilshire Theatre. This invitational competition is going to be absolutely fantastic.All of the regional winners from each state will be there to win the overall championship.I am really excited about this event and am going to ‘bring it’ that weekend and ‘take no prisoners’!!:)Wish me luck!!!!!AHHHHH!Too much FUN!!!

This Wednesday 9-10-08 I am going to be interviewed live on the Playboy Morning Radio Show on Sirius Satellite. Being interviewed by Andrea Lowell and Kevin Klein and their studio guests that day. It should be  a lot of fun..I know that they are going to ask me some candid and crazy questions.Uh-OH….now everyone gets to find out what a dork I REALLY am.At least I’m a gym-dork right?!? I will always have my peeps here on BB.com-dork or not right!!!
