Happy Halloween!!

Well I hope everyone has a wonderful Halloween today!I finally started a w/out journal..so I will be posting my w/outs on there instead of my blog.I am also feeling much better!Yeah!I am usually not a sickly individual, but it got the best of me this time.Anyway, I have been receiving some awesome comments from some outstanding people here in Bodyspace and wanted to say "Thank You!" to each and every one of you.My Halloween will be spent Trick or Treating with my boys and all of the other neighborhood peeps.Halloween is a favorite holiday of mine, so it should be so much fun!I am a bit of a little girl like that!Luv to dress up and see all the little ones try to move in there awkward costumes…so funny!:)And my bad news is my Vegas trip is cancelled!:(I am very sad, but my husband and I are so busy finishing up building our house that it is not the time for us to go away…even for just a weekend.No worries though,Vegas will always be there for a trip at a later date.So as of now, I am concentrating on participating in a show in March of ‘08 (unless another one catches my eye).And I am also planning on doing a photo shoot around that time to start building my portfolio.I am very excited about that.Hopefully I will have some good Halloween pics to post.And I will post my w/o in my journal later.Until then, HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO ALL!!!:)

FINALLY Got My A** Back In The Gym!

Ugh!Finally starting to feel better.This bronchitis kicked me down hardcore!Went back to the gym today and it felt sooo good!!!Had a killer glute/leg workout!At least I have kept my diet in check though while I was sick.But I am going to get my diet strict now and do a prep before I begin my contest dieting this winter.Strict from now until Dec 1st….that’s when I go to Vegas for my hubby’s b-day and I want to look and feel good for that weekend.Then when I get back my full swing diet will be on….if I choose to participate in the March ‘08 show!I am still on the fence about that particular show.I am still trying to figure out which one I want to shoot for in ‘08. Anyway, I hope everyone is well and rippin’ through their w/outs!Happy Saturday!

Workout:(Remember I’ve been out sick and have to build back up!;0)

Treddy 10 min. warmup(every weight movement I always concentrate on the squeeze!!)

Squats w/ a** to the grass   25#x15,30#x15,40#x15,45#x15

Ham curls (each leg separately) 20#x15 ea, 25#x15ea, 30#x15ea, 30# short pulsesx10

Glute Kickbacks (each leg separately) 30#x15,35#x15,40#x15,50#x15

Sumo Squats w/ dumbell 20#x15,25#x15,30#x15,35#x15

Smith Lunges 10# Did a burnout and did them until I could not do anymore.

20 min. Treddy Intervals-Sprints

I feel so Awesome!!

I don’t know what the hell I have…but it’s kickin’ my ass!I am feelin’ like crap. I am still going to do some cardio though.My diet has been good and clean though.I luv that feeling of clean eating.You just feel so much lighter and cleansed.Like you haven’t ingested a bunch of fake bullsh*t, you know!I am having trouble activating my bodyspace account, so I have not been able to participate in any of the forums.Frustrating!I have requested help from bb.com and hopefully they will get it rectified soon!Off the subject, but I am currently taking classes at a local college for training certification and wanted to ask anyone if they could recommend which online pt cert is reputable and worthwhile? I know about a lot of them, but want to know which one is good! Thanx to anyone that could help. I wanted to get that underway too! Everyone is awesome here at bb.com and I am loving reading about everyone’s journey’s!

Been Sick!

I’ve been sick since over the weekend…BITES!!I did pull it together enough yesturday to put in 45 min of cardio. I just got done putting in another 45 min cardio and some various ab work. Hopefully I will be back in the swing tommorrow!Staying positive!!I need to stay on track to meet first goal…losing 10 lbs by Dec 1st!I’ll keep you posted!And will put current pics up soon.
