First day of new diet
September 1st marks the first day of my new diet, and here’s to me *moment for cheers* I did good!
I’m working on cutting calories and according to fitday.com I should be eating about 1,900 a day to get to the goal I put, which was to be 135 by November 20th. I can do MUCH better, which I did today. I only ate about 1,500ish if that. I just need to stay focused and not give into temptation. Everyone says the first week is the roughest and if you get past that then you don’t crave anymore.. I sure hope so! Sometimes it feels good to be a little hungry, it makes me feel successful. (No worries everyone, I’m not stupid about it.) Shrinking this tummy to a reasonable size is step one.
