JUST AN UPDATE
Have not been on here in a while but I doubt that anyone reads this either way. I gues I need to post some new pics to get some attention. So as part of my fitness I still continue to run I know most people on this site are anti running everyone loves HIIT , but I have some promises to keep to myself and I have to admit I love to run races and it keeps me focused on something if I have a race around the corner. And I can afford to run I weigh over 230 and running a few miles a day will not cost me much in size.
Weight I have been experimenting with my cooking and finally have been able to get about 2000 cal a day. What a difference clean eating makes I started really watching it this past sunday. Did a decent Plyo session on monday it was hard to tell there was any difference in my energy being that I was getting back into that type of training so I expected to be tires. So today I worked legs felt pretty good.

some leg extenstions and curls blew it out doing some jumping lunges and jumping squats.
got home had some time before work to get a run in....this is where I felt the difference. My neighborhood is really hilly and not the best place to run if your running for time because there is not alot of flat area. So I usally get gasses pretty fast. I ran in my Newton Distancias I have been trying to break in. First thing I notices that after a mile I did not feel sluggish and was able to accelerate after some really big hills....I ran a flat 5k really ****ty on saturday and felt that this would not be any better but I was wrong I have not had such a good run in a long time. The only thing different was my eating. I am mostly doing a low glycemic type plan.....Lots of turkey meatballs , sweet mash potato etc etc....so yes I am a believer and I know I am preaching to the choir diet is so important I hope to fill you in later
