Need to do a bit better about blogging. Running is getting better I. Its a differerent way of training when going longer distances. Its hard to describe unless you have been on this track. I used to box and did some martial arts. I would run when I was competetive but it was to help with overall endurance and weight maintenence. But I mainly had to run 3 miles at a time. Marathon and Half marathon training is more about volume and planning your run. When I started I would just take off and peeter out around three miles. Now I have to plan my pace in the beginning to run the last mile hard!
