After my last post i looked through the bodyblogs and saw about 50 posts on some dumb fcuking computer game or something. And I’ve decided, I just want to punch this whole place in the pen1s.

Mate so many times have I asked bodyspace to sort it and to remove these fake profiles… it’s easy to do, just look at their blogs and you can blantly see that they are just selling stuff that has nothing to do with bodybuilding at all!!
Bodyspace and still done nothing about it… I even reported the profiles so did some of their job for them but still they keep coming back.
i see there is alot of profiles on here that someone started and they never came back or whatever, theres alot of people on the wedsite and alot of them are want-a-be’s
Yeah. Plus I’ve decided that this place and bb.com are just pretty poor resources of information. I never learned how to lift weights the right way until I went to forums.mensheatlh.com/eve even though I had been lifting for several years.
BB.com will have beginners working out on a professional body builder’s bodypart split routine; that’s just not the way it should go down.
