Creatine

Ok, so I am lifting some weights etc at home, trying to build muscle and gain weight. I was thinking of taking creatine…any suggestions. Take it or not? I am currently taking cyto gainer to gain some weight and I think it is working. I am kinda stuck at the 117lbs stage thought. lol Any advise? Thanks. =)

Creatine’s great, but does nothing to directly build muscle. It will allow you to lift a bit harder and longer which in turn will give more stimulation to your muscles. If you’re stuck at your weight, most likely its nutrition and total calorie intake. In that case, no supplements will help break that plateau until you’re eating enough. I’m guessing you probably have a high metabolism in which case you need to be getting even more. Typically the general rule is 20 calories per 1lb of bodyweight if you want to bulk, but in your case you could probably do more. Try getting at least 2800-3000 good calories a day until your weight gets up.
