Ok, so I am lifting some weights etc at home, trying to build muscle and gain weight. I was thinking of taking creatine…any suggestions. Take it or not? I am currently taking cyto gainer to gain some weight and I think it is working. I am kinda stuck at the 117lbs stage thought. lol Any advise? Thanks. =)

Ok, so I dont belong to a gym, and I am working out at home. I have a bench press but the bench does not incline. I am trying to build up my chest and when I do the bench press, I feel it in my arms and not so much in my chest. Someone suggested to do an incline bench press. Any suggestions since my bench does not move? Thanks.

Ok, so I want to build up my chest, and I have been doing push ups and bench press. I really dont feel it in my chest but more in my biceps and triceps. Am I doing something wrong?

Well, honestly I have slacked lately. One positive thing is I have quit smoking. It has been 3 weeks and I feel healthier. People can say they can tell I have gained some weight in my Stomach area and I look healthier, I am filling out. I do feel a bit better. I am ready to give this a go… I have been eating a lot more lately due to not smoking, which is a good thing. I need to gain more weight. I am going to begin taking my cytogainer again and doing some pushups and situps and bench press again. =)

I ate a lot today compared to what I normally eat. I had a protein shake and a banana, chocolate pudding, 2 tuna fish sandwiches, 20 chicken nuggets, and water.
I did 3 sets of 10 bench press of 22lbs. Hey, you gotta start somewhere. lol
I also did some crunches.
Tomorrow I think I will do some cardio as my chest is kinda sore.

I am looking for someone to design a work out plan for me. I am basically looking to gain weight (in which I am drinking protein shakes and trying to eat and eat) plus gain muscle and build up my chest. Of course tone up the whole body is good as well. I have never done this before and really have no clue… sorry. Thanks for your time. Its appreciated.

I got some Cytogain to help gain weight and I started to exercise using those tension cords. I think they work good for now… as I am just beginning… I am also doing pushups daily and trying to eat more as I need to gain weight… If there is anything additional I am open to suggestions….

I need some advise on gaining weight and building up my chest. Do supplimental shakes etc work, I was thinking of getting something to help gain weight and build muscle? I am 29 and stand 5′7 and weight 114. What is a good weight for me. What routine should I begin with? I did some push ups yesterday and my arms are sore! lol Any advise is welcome. Thanks.
