3rd week out of the gym
So its been 3 weeks now that I havent stepped foot in the gym. Not exactly thrilled about this but not much I can do. Tore my left hamstring playing flag football 3 weeks ago, so I figured I’d just rest for a week then start doing upper body to keep up with it a little. Then I got what I thought was a cold that kept to tired to go only to find out today that its pnuemonia, so looks like it be a little while longer. Not so much a pity party, just frustrating, see the little improvement waste away. Just more motivation to kill it when I get better. Man I hope its soon, I’m getting stir crazy!!
