I started today doing cardio in the morning. Now its almost noon and I am going to go lift weights. I hope I can keep creeping the fat off while keeping my muscle.

I started a couple of days ago and it is just now hitting me. It took me a while to figure out why I was so tired this morning. It is taking me forever to wake up. Burn baby Burn!

I lost some good weight last year only to gain most of it back. I am starting again to get the fat off in 09. Yesterday I started going to work out at lunch time. This will hopefully let me get my workouts in regualerly. My daughter is on the swim team at the rec center so in the evenings I am in there with her making sure she is doing what she should be doing. She is only 7. This lead to me not working out much in the last few months of 08. This lunch time workout strategy is going to help me stay in the gym.

I am currently lifting at least 4 days a week and doing cardio 3 days a week, and my body is tired and sore all the time. Is this how it is? Do you feel this way all the time or will it get better?

I went to the gym with big plans last night. I did the bench dips and flys. I started to work my tris but my shoulder was bothering me. I went home and everytime I moved my arm my shoulder made me unhappy. It feels better this morning, but not %100. I turn 33 in a month so I guess I am just getting old.

Started back last night. I worked my chest, tris and abs. Its hard finding the time to workout with so many summer activities going on. Now that they are over its butt kickin time in the gym.

I noticed that I felt weak today. I am going to lay off the cardio except for after lifting. I worked my chest and tris this morning. Then ran around a little playing basketball. I used the product steelEdge this morning for the first time and really liked it. It made me feel awake and ready but not crazy. It was a smooth transition from groggy to ready.

Yesterday morning I did the elliptical for 50 minutes and was tired for the rest of the day. After work I went back to the gym and had half a red line drink. I worked my chest and tris good. I had energy. This morning I went back to the gym and did the elliptical again for 30 mintues. I am planing on going after work to work my back and bis. I am very tired today as well. Is it normal to feel this tired since I am working this hard or am I not eating enough?

I did the elliptical this morning for 50 minutes and I am still ramped up. I can’t cool off. I am drinking cold water, but I just feel like I am still working out.

Well yesterday morning I got up and went to the gym and busted out 47 minutes on the elliptical. I went back that night at 7 and worked my chest, tris, and bis. I then did a pull up. It has been a goal of mine to be able to do a pull up for 2 years now. It was awsome. I am excited to shoot for 2 now. WOOHOO! I can do a pullup. Oh I then got on the treadmill and did 20 minutes of light cardio.
