Seeking some peck advice
I have been looking for a way to increase the size of my chest. I met some champion power lifters that like to train with and they have really helped me add lbs. to my bench but I’m more concernd with inches on my chest. I thought that one would automatictly bring about the other but that does’nt seem to be the case. I’m starting to look more like a power lifter than a bodybuilder and thats not what I want at all. I have commited to compete on the 21rst and so I will. However afterward I have to lean down a bit and find a more effective way of growing my chest without cover up all the other muscle I’ve worked so hard for. Anybody whos ever had trouble growing a chest when all other muscle groups seem to respond to traditional methods please help.
