I am also in remission from MG and still have vague symptoms. I would love to get back into shape, but I'm having a hard time getting past the fear of pushing myself. Everytime I get out of breath, I feel like I'm going into a crisis. My cardiovascular system is so much more out of shape than the rest of me. My legs and arms would take me across the country, but my lungs won't take my up a large flight of stairs. Any suggestions on how to get my lung capacity back?
