stats and stuff
Monday, September 3rd, 2007I’ve decided that I’m going to go ahead and start posting weekly workout maxes starting with what ends after today’s workout. Not that I’m doing every stinking exercise there are stats for but alas, since I’ve only been at this for 3 weeks, then it makes sense.
Wow, I’m going to feel pretty weak with all of my puny poundages as I try to get back into this in a healthy manne. Oh well, maybe it’ll make people realize its not just how heavy you lift but form and other stuff as well. Tsk tsk, laugh and keep at it.
