So I’m carb cycling again. Yeah …
You know, no-carb and low-carb days seem to be pretty easy if you’ve done this type of dieting before for a ridiculously long period of time. However, why would I do something again when I didn’t get the results I wanted? He he he, I did … but I just sucked at the cardio part and relied too heavily on stimulants so I never really got down to the bf percentage I wanted. This time is a bit different as I don’t think I’m really doing this for any type of goal but to just stop feeling slovenly. My energy levels were always a lot better when doing this type of diet as opposed to when no on. So i’m doing no carbs/low carb workout days for 5 days straight with my carb days on weekend.
Of course, I’m using the AP on the low carb and carb days. I’d get too hypoglycemic using it on no carbs but I’ve got to research that one a bit more too. Upping the fish oil intake to where I get about 2.4g of DHA and 1.7g of EPA daily as well. I’d like more, I want more, but my wallet doesn’t want me to have it.

Of course my training isn’t where I want it but its getting better. Since the kid quit or is just not acting right, I’m going to just go ahead and do my own thing, forget about everything else and if possible, get my complexes in some kind of way but I’ll most likely have to do something weird for those.
