Alright, so this morning I woke up and was debating on whether to hit up the calisthenics as always but got the weird funky notion to go to the gym instead. So I packed up, made up a workout that would give me enough stimulus to where I’d only want to do it once a week and need a whole week to recover, got all my pre and postworkout supplements together and headed on down to Metro Fitness. Coffee’s was out of the question because its in Marietta and since I wasn’t picking up my training/business partner, no need in going up there. Of course I changed it up a bit, added in some power cleans, push press, and overhead squats. Took out a whole bunch of stuff as I had to get the whole body in on one day. If you want to see a copy of it, just ask and I’ll go ahead and put it up even though I don’t have the hypertrophy workout done yet. It was a ridiculously long workout lasting 90 minutes but of course I made sure my during workout nutrition was on point. I think I’m going to have to do this every sunday. I’m just going to make a lot of people mad because they think that sunday is my calm, socializing day but well … it won’t be. I just know I’m going to have to do it earlier.
I’m feeling really pumped right now. And its time to eat. Oh well, maybe I didn’t sacrifice my training for success after all. I’ll just torture myself weekly as opposed to bi-daily or whatever it was. After eating, time to get back to work.
