Well, friday was back and biceps and yesterday was legs.
All in all, they were great workouts. Even though they were extremely short and to the point. EXTREMELY short. Yesterday was really just 2 sets of squats and 2 sets of leg press. I don’t know what my training partner and I did to make something so simple so painful, but of course we’re both still pumped and sore from a leg workout over 24 hours ago.
NUTS I say but I’m enjoying it.
