I guess I’m back for good
Tuesday, March 13th, 2007Well, this week has been so far so good. Last week was kinda slow since it was the first week back in there. We’ve gotten back into the swing of things listening to the old people crack their jokes about us being two slackers and crap like that first thing in the morning. This week is well due to:
Chest and Bis - yesterday
Quads - tuesday
Hams - Wednesday (would have been tuesday but life is hectic. Body parts are split for a reason)
Back - Thursday
Shoulders/Traps/Tris/Nice 300 mile drive - Friday
I’m taking my poundage increases very nice and slowly this time. None of my crazy mammoth jumps in strength just because atrophy is slowly disappearing. I’m going to insure that form is 110% and everything is done properly in an effort to stimulate maximum muscle growth. Not that much was wrong with my form before but my squat sure did have some deficiencies. Until I made sure I went no higher than 100 kilos last week just to make sure my form was perfect.
This is fun.
