Ok, its late and I’m going to sleep shortly. After a 12 day break from the weight room due to living in two places that are 100 miles apart and a tooth surgery, my training partner and I are on our way to the gym tomorrow. Not that we haven’t been training, its just been kinda weightless at this point
WS4SB style with a few twists added in here and there (plyometrics, sprints, GPP, and the like) just for some added speed and entertainment as I laugh at us crawling on the cold asphalt in tears after that intense workout. I think the biggest humor in all of that is going to be the drive I put myself through on Day 2 of the workout. Boy, thats a long commute just for a workout. Hell, coffee’s gym though is worth the distance.
I’m thinking of starting up the velocity diet in the morning as well, but hell, we’ll see. Later and its good to be back.
