Inconsistent training
I haven’t felt like training. I’ve been paying so much attention to my diet that my training protocols have gone to … nincompoopishness.
Not that the diet has been that great but its better that usual. I would list it here but … eh, I don’t hold my self to strict foods. 350 g of protein daily (I should probably up that some more), fats, trace carbs … for the most part. Lots of coffee too which reminds me its time for a cup now.
I’m going to actually start posting to this thing frequently.
BTW, looking for a good training partner in the downtown atlanta area that I’m probably compatible with. Later.
