Where it all begins…
December 20, 2007I broke both my ankles when I was 20 and 21 in consecutive basketball seasons and was in a wheelchair or crutches for nearly two years. After healing and rehab and learning to walk again I decided to get into lifting. I started lifting seriously in June-July of 2006. From then until December of 2006 I went from 155lbs to 194lbs (Dec 31st). I then got sick and injured throughout of 2007 and lost most of my mass. My lifts stayed the same or increased in all areas. My primary goal is to hit 200lbs and work from there. I would like to reach a 1000lbs Big 3 Total by the end of 2008. Hopefully I can achieve both goals this time next year.
