Men like fitness classes too!
I was reading a man’s contest preparation page when i stumbled across:

I love hearing a MAN say he prefers fitness classes… especially a competitor writing a guide to competition. (I love free advice even more). We have guys come into class but they are usually older men who seem comfortable in their skin. (Some) Young boys just don’t know the beauty of choerographed exercise!

Yeah, I would like to do more types of classes, but sometimes the scheduales don’t work for me. When I was doing a Tae Box class, that was awesome! I loved it. Still trying to get back to it, just been difficult. But still hit the weights and cardio. But nothing like an hour of Tae Box to really make you sweat and huff and puff. (burn, burn, burn) Take care.
