Feeling the burn.
I, yi, yi…
If you know Les Mills classes, you know what I’m talking about. I did Body Attack followed by Body Pump yesterday. The computer computes those classes as burning 450 calories each an hour, while Les Mills says you can burn anywhere from 600-1000 depending on how hard you push yourself… and boy do I push myself. So then I came home and trampolined with my two boys for an hour, which the computer computes as 200 calories… so just after those three things, going by the computer that’s 1100 calories. Well, I sure was hungry yesterday and this morning my legs and butt are screaming at me. It just happens that the instructor threw in Poly-lunges. I guess that’s a great start to the week. Today is YOGA…. sttttrrrecch. I have a bad feeling it’s going to hurt today.

I love them, I’m going to start instructing one at the beginning of August. It’s great because all fitness levels can join and you get out of it what you put into it. It’s really motivating and fun too, a great change from working out by yourself and challenges your muscles in a new way.
