Muscle Separation
What is this business? I hear people talking about it but don’t understand the workout that accompanies… rather, accomplishes the separation. What do I need to do? I’d really like to work on my arms/shoulders.
Oh and BTW, greek yogurt is an amazing subsitute to sour cream. 0% "***E" (fa-yeh!) greek yogurt has nothing but 9 g carbs and 20 g protein. If you mix it in with a can/packet of drained salmon it tastes just like lox cream cheese!

OMG, I have eaten that yogurt and never noticed the protein content. Now I will be buying it all the time without fail.
