Lost BF%?
Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008Since I started working out, I have dropped about 10 pounds and my abs are poking out again. No more skinny-fat beer gut. YEAH!
I have made lots of strength gains, but my routine is currently on pause due to shoulder issues. I’m currently focusing on strengthening my back muscles as I think my shoulders are rolling forward slightly.
