Deadlift
Saturday, September 15th, 2007My deadlift form was horrible today. I have a major issue with keeping my ass down. After reviewing myself on video, I tried to pull 245 with better form and couldn’t do it. Either I have weak legs, or I was too tired after 5 reps using horrible form and stressing my back. I gotta fix this ASAP or I’m probably gonna hurt something.
I may reset my deadlift to give myself time to fix my form.
