Biceps and Abs
Friday, July 13th, 2007Well, this is my first post and I have some concerns about working out so far. A few things, actually. I have no problems working out my upper body, I like the burn and the soreness, but I get no soreness whatsoever in my biceps no matter what I do. I tried a couple of the workouts I found on the site, but still not getting sore in that area.
The other issue I’m having is working lower body and abs. For some reason, I hate the burn I feel when working those areas and most ab exercises just feel uncomfortable to me. My abs, however, are my main concern. For now, I’m sticking with the Captain’s Chair for abs and machine leg extension, press, and curl for lower body.
I also hate cardio, but I guess I can’t escape if I want to get rid of this layer of fat covering my ab muscles.
So, there are my issues. Discuss if you would like.
