Too much too quickly?
November 3, 2007So this site is definitely a great inspiration: the progress shots are great; the workout creator is pretty cool, although it’s got some kinks still. For me, I’m finding the workouts take forever. 10 exercises at 4 sets is averaging me about 2 hours, which is a chunk of day, and tough to get through. The NO Xplode helps for the first hour, but I’m concerned about becoming dependent on it. I’d prefer to motivate naturally. Plus, my shoulders and back are breaking out, I think because of it. My biggest fear is that all of the food and protein shakes are gonna make me fat, ha. What I want: looks and strength. I see some of these guys benching 285, and I’m at 145? F*ck, that’s depressing…………………
