alright so i’m right at 200 pounds…. I want to gain about 20 pounds…. My body fat % is around 7 to 8% and i want it to be around 5 or 6%…. So my question is should i get to the weight i want and then try to get my body fat lower? or can i go ahead and work on getting my bf lower? Any advice will be much appreciated…
Alright so I’m in the gym alot, 2 to 2 half hours a day… just killin it…… So my question is how do you tell if your over training? Am i over training? Never really thought about it before but it got brought to my attention today…
