Needing some advice….
alright so i’m right at 200 pounds…. I want to gain about 20 pounds…. My body fat % is around 7 to 8% and i want it to be around 5 or 6%…. So my question is should i get to the weight i want and then try to get my body fat lower? or can i go ahead and work on getting my bf lower? Any advice will be much appreciated…

I’m at 5 percent myself right now. At this level, my metabolism is through the roof. I can afford to eat a little bit unhealthier or eat more. My weight has gone up a few pounds but its not fat weight so I’d say drop that other percent you want then get the weight.

alright thanks for that…. I guess i need to man up and step my cardio up… 30 minutes a day be enough?
